Wesley Matthews joins Orange Investment Managers

Orange Investment Managers, specialist investment manager with a focus on operational real estate, is expanding its team with Wesley Matthews.

Wesley Matthews has been appointed business controller to support and improve the operational processes as well as providing financial support to the acquisition and asset management teams. Wesley has many years of experience in the audit departments of Deloitte. First as Audit Senior at Deloitte in South Africa and later in the position of Audit Manager at Deloitte in the Netherlands. At Orange IM, Wesley’s responsibilities will include preparing, developing and analyzing management accounting information and reporting to guide the strategic decisions of our funds as well as informing investors and business partners.

Currently, Orange Investment Managers manages an international portfolio of car parks in seven countries in Europe for institutional investors from its offices in Amsterdam and Düsseldorf. In addition, Orange Investment Managers has started to expand the platform with hotel properties. Like car parks, hotels have also experienced a difficult period over the past 24 months. Nevertheless, we are positive about both asset classes and see opportunities to acquire attractive investments for our clients while limiting risks. We expect to further expand our portfolio with new investments in the short term.
